The articles are sold and delivered in the countries listed on the website (see countries).
The country of delivery must always be the same as the country in which the eShop used by the Customer to make the order is located.
BOOBOOTS offers one shipping method (Express). Different delivery options are available depending on the destination country, as detailed below:
Home delivery: Articles are shipped using a courier company chosen by BOOBOOTS. Articles will be sent to the delivery address that the Customer has indicated when completing the order.
The Customer’s order will be delivered within the period of time indicated below. BOOBOOTS will make every effort to ensure that the service is provided in the shortest time possible (see delivery charges and conditions).
Once the order leaves BOOBOOTS’ warehouses, an email will be sent to the Customer to confirm that the order has been dispatched.
Registered Customers may track their orders in the “MY ACCOUNT” area on the website by clicking on “MY ORDERS” and then on “DETAILS OF MY ORDER”. If the purchase was made as a guest, the order can be viewed in “VIEW MY ORDER”.
For security reasons, BOOBOOTS will not ship any order to a PO Box number, nor will it accept any order where it is not possible to identify the recipient and the address.
Responsibility for the BOOBOOTS’ articles will be transferred to the Customer at the moment the order is delivered.
In the event that the order cannot be delivered because the Customer is not present, the package will be returned to the central warehouse and it will be understood that the Customer rejects the content and will not be entitled to demand a refund on the order. BOOBOOTS may in good faith reimburse the customer for the order once it has been returned to our warehouses, deducting the shipment and return costs caused by non-receipt of the shipment by the Customer from the reimbursement. If the Customer wants to receive the order again, the order must be placed again.
As soon as your order is dispatched from our Warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that it’s on its way. If you make the order before 12.00 am, it will be dispatched on the same day. If it’s made after 12.00 am, it will be dispatched on the next working day. Your order will be delivered within the timescale we advertise on the website since it leaves the Warehouse, depending on the shipping method you used.
Your order will arrive within 2-5 working days after it leaves our warehouse (excluding weekends and holidays).
These estimations don’t take into account events of force majeure not attributable to booboots (like for example inclement conditions or strikes).

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Making a return or exchange is easy. You have 15 business days since the day you received your order to request your return or exchange and you can choose one of these two options:
If you want to exchange something, you have to follow these steps:
Step 1: If you are registered, access MY ACCOUNT and click MY ORDERS. Go to the details of the order you want to exchange and click “RETURN ARTICLE”.
If you have made your purchase with no registration, click on My Orders, then enter your e-mail address and order number and click on SEE MY ORDER. Go to the details of the order and click RETURN ARTICLE.
Step 2: choose the item/s that you wish to exchange and click on “exchange”, select a reason for exchange and your new size or color.
Step 3: To exchange the product.
You send us the item that you want to exchange and we will send you the new size or color for free.

In this case you will have to pay the costs of the return but the new shipment with the new size and/or color will be for free.

Step 5: Write your return number in the packing list that came with your order or in a piece of paper.
Step 6: Place the return number together with the item/s you wish to return or exchange in the original package that you received. Remember, it is very important that all the items are in perfect condition (including security seals and the original package), and also that they have their return tag and are inside the booboots package.
If you are not satisfied with your order, do not worry, you can RETURN it.
You just have to send us the article or articles following these steps:

In this case you will have to pay the costs of the return, we will not accept any package shipped freight collect.
When the article arrives to our warehouse, we will check that it is in perfect condition (including security seals and the original package) and if everything is ok, we will approve the return and we will proceed to the full refund of the paid sum.
The refund will be made in the same payment method you used to place your order (credit/debit card/paypal) and your account will be credited immediately after your return is confirmed, but it can take up to 10 days to your bank to show it in your account. This depends on each bank, and there is nothing we can do to change it.
If from one same order you wish to make a RETURN AND EXCHANGE, choose the items you want to return and the items you want to exchange in the return process of your order. Your new exchange order with the new size or color will be shipped for FREE as soon as your return is processed and confirmed and if everything is in perfect condition. .
Take into account that the box must include their security seals, labels and original package.
Items may be returned or exchanged within 15 calendar days after the receipt of the product.
Yes, you can exchange an item/s for a different size or color (of the same item). Your new exchange order will be shipped as soon as your exchanged item arrives to our warehouse and is processed and approved.

How long your shipment needs to arrive to our warehouse depends on the Courier service and/or on the chosen service.
In booboots we strive to give you the best possible service, thus we process all return orders that reach our warehouse within 1-2 working days.
Once the return is confirmed, and if everything is ok, you will receive an e-mail where we will inform you that your refund has been made.
In the unlikely event that you don’t receive this confirmation in 10 days, contact our Customer Service and we will be glad to help you.
Once the return has been approved (the items have to be in perfect condition and have ALL the original labels) you will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating the refund amount that will be paid for your item/s.
The refund will be made in the same method of payment used to place your order, remember that the time it takes to complete the process depends on your bank. Your bank may need up to 30 business days to show the refund.
Shipping costs are not refunded, unless your order is cancelled under the Distance Selling Regulations or your entire order is faulty.
We’re really sorry if we’ve made a mistake with your refund! If this is the case please contact our Customer Service and we’ll try and sort it out for you as soon as possible.

The prices will be shown in euros or pounds sterling. In accordance with current legislation, all purchases made in the eShop shall be subject to all applicable taxes. For security reasons, the Customer may not make purchases in excess of 2,000 euros, nor any order containing over 15 articles within a period of fifteen (15) working days. BOOBOOTS makes every effort to ensure that the information contained on its website is true and does not contain errors. If at any time any error of this kind arises, it will be corrected immediately. BOOBOOTS reserves the right to amend the prices on the website without prior warning. The price of an article will be that shown at any time in the eShop, except in the case of an obvious error. Although BOOBOOTS attempts to ensure that there are no errors in the prices that appear on the site, if an error occurs in the price of an article ordered by the Customer, BOOBOOTS will inform the Customer as soon as possible, offering the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If BOOBOOTS does not manage to contact the Customer, the order will be cancelled and the amounts that have been paid will be fully reimbursed, with no right to compensation.
BOOBOOTS will not be obliged to provide the article(s) at the incorrectly listed lower price (even if the Customer has received an order confirmation email) if the error in the price is obvious and unambiguous.
BOOBOOTS accepts payment by debit or credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro, American Express, Diners). In accordance with article 37 of Payment Services Law 16/2009 of 13
November 2009, a commitment to payment made using a bank card is irrevocable. In providing bank card details, the Customer authorizes said card to be debited.
All payments are made via a secure payment portal that encrypts card data. In order to provide maximum security for the payment system, BOOBOOTS uses secure payment systems of leading financial institutions in electronic commerce. In this regard, confidential payment information is transmitted directly and encrypted (SSL) to the corresponding financial institution. The Secure Electronic Commerce is an initiative whose basic principle is to guarantee the security of internet transactions. When making the payment via the secure payment portal, the system will automatically verify that the credit card is activated for Secure Electronic Commerce. It will then connect to the issuing bank, which will request authorization for the operation using a personal authentication code. The operation will only take place if the bank that issues the credit card confirms the authentication code. Otherwise, the transaction will be rejected.
As an additional measure to the “Secure Payment” system, and with a view to contributing to the prevention of internet fraud, BOOBOOTS reserves the right to verify the personal information supplied by the Customer and adopt the measures it may deem appropriate (including cancelling the order) to ensure that the merchandise in question is delivered in accordance with the details that appear in the order.

We know how frustrating it can be when you have your heart set on an item and you go to buy it but your size or favorite color is out of stock. We want you to be unique, so we do not carry much stock for each item. If you see something that you love, you do need to be quick and get it before someone else does. Nevertheless, we try not to ever disillusion our customers, so if the item you like is out of stock, you can write an e-mail to email@example.com. If we restock it, we will contact you with the good news.
The easiest way to sign up for our newsletter is to set up an account. You don’t have to buy anything yet, but when you do want to start shopping, this’ll also give you a head start.

Every booboots is manufactured with natural leather. Any variation in the product, such as color and texture changes in color and texture, is inherent to the material.
We only sell items in perfect condition so, in the rare event of receiving a faulty item, please contact our Customer Service. We will aim to resolve any issue with a faulty item as quickly as possible but we need you to tell us as soon as you discover the fault so we can resolve the issue for you. Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods and we will get an alternative sorted out for you.
